The sacraments give grace. Grace is a gift of God.

There are Seven Sacraments. They give strength in all the important moments of Christian life.

Baptism begins a life-long faith journey, which makes us members of the Church.

Eurcharist brings us together in thanksgiving and celebrating the Eucharist brings us together as community.

At Mass, Jesus feeds us with the Word of God and with His body and blood, sacramentally, in the Eucharist. We remember that Jesus said ‘Do this in memory of me’

Confirmation celebrates becoming a full member of the Church as we are Called by Name. We understand that Jesus gave us the Holy Spirit to be with us always so we can serve one another and the whole of creation with faith and love.

The Sacrament of Confirmation is available as an annual Deanery celebration for those in Year 8+. The Archdiocesan Sacrament of Confirmation Programme is delivered in every Catholic High School across the Archdiocese of Liverpool.

More information is available from Animate Youth Ministries

Services for the Sacrament of Reconciliation are arranged throughout the calendar year.Opportunities for individual confession is also made available, please refer to newsletter for more details or contact the Church Office.
